CORE-4225 Reduced memory usage when decoding flate-encoded images by avoiding an intermediate full-size buffer for inflated data before predictors are applied

JDEL-794 Improved JPEG decoding performance by implementing a lookup table for Huffman decoding

Fixes:

CORE-4224 Fixed a bug where PDFs containing an EmbeddedFiles name tree with a Kids entry failed to open when encrypted

CORE-4227 Fixed an array-out-of-bounds exception when opening PDFs containing an AF key, caused by the key being missing from the key-type mapping and falling through to unknown-key handling
